April, 1945 - Nazi
scientists realize that the
"Thousand-Year-Reich" is about to
collapse and that the results of an incredible
research project are in jeopardy of
disappearing with it. A handfull of the
resourceful senior scientists plunder the
project's records and spirit them out of
Germany.
In the
decades following WWII, continuing research on
the secret project is revised and funded by a
super-secret organization in northern Europe.
That is, until an event occurs that is not
only horribly disasterous, but it threatens to
bring world-wide public scrutiny and
condemnation to the illegal and morally
inscrutable activites - tampering with the
nature of life itself.
Swiss Federal
Police Chief, Paul Soria, finds himself in the
middle of the deadly experiment's outcomes
which threatens the population of his police
jurisdiction and his close friends. He
finds himself immersed in a confounding and
perilous investigation that takes him
completely out of the realm of the ordinary.
The Noah's Ark
Conception, is the prequel to Tom F. Dodd's
two powerful mysteries, "The Muse Also
Weeps", and "The Devil's
Oracle", and once again demonstrates hos
obvious gift for creating masterfully written
"whodunnits".
The story unfolds
in a rivetting series of events that hook the
reader from the beginning chapter. The
characters in the story are rich and
colorfully developed.
Anyone reading
this gristly tale at night might find
themselves scrutinizing the dark corners of
their room, or hearing strange noises if they
venture into the woods.
Here is another
entertaining and literary success from the
author who has proved, once again, the power
inherent in the written word and the
well-crafted story. A triumph !!!
